As an ABR, my job is to help buyers find their dream homes and I am committed to your best interest!

I am also pursuing Feng Shui Certification to assist my Sellers and Buyers in their Real Estate Sales. Feng Shui is an ancient art of placement and philosophy to achieve balance of energy in order to create a harmonious environment. While I can talk all day about Feng Shui, in essence by applying simple Feng Shui principles, one can increase the marketability, value and emotional appeal of a home. My little Bio...

I have been selling Real Estate in Las Vegas on a fulltime basis for the last nine years. I was a Remax Agent for a number years before joining John Edmunds REO Team at Realty One Group.

I speak Malay, Indonesian, Cantonese, Mandarin and Hakka.

I grew up in a little town in Malaysia. A big family of six children, I am the second youngest child. My parents started their own business, raised all six of us through Colleges abroad with no help aside from bank loans and lots of hard work and perseverance. My parents instilled in us the importance of self dependency, hard work and being true to ourselves; the traits that are ingrained in us. Malaysia is predominantly a Muslim country, hence my first language is Malay. I have lived on my own since the age of fourteen, attending Junior High school two hundred sixty miles away from home. I later joined my brother in Australia where I completed my high school Diploma. During my final high school years, I was introduced to a Hotel Management College in Switzerland; I knew that was my destiny.

I completed my Associate Degree in Hospitality Management in 1990, returned to Asia and started my hospitality career with the Shangri-La Hotel Group; a leading 5-stars hotel group in SE Asia. For the next six years I specialized in rooms management at their properties in Singapore, Indonesia and Malaysia.

I currently hold a CRS designation (Certified Residential Specialist) as well as ABR (Accredited Buyers Rep)and ASP (Accredited Staging Professional Realtor). I am also pursuing my RRG certification (Risk Reduction Graduate)and Feng Shui Certification which will be completed by 2009. I am Recipient of my past Brokerage Awards such as Re/Max President's Club 2003, 2005 and 100% Club 2004 and 2005.

As you can see, I aim high and set goals for myself every step of the way. I believe in networking and continuous self education because they lay the foundation to support me in this ever changing business. You will never find me without a project to work on. At the end of the day, all I am trying to do is to make the most out of myself at the same time provide Value Added Services to my clients.
